• Stay home if you’re feeling unwell, or are experiencing any of the following symptoms, cough, cold, or flu-like symptoms, fever and unusual muscle aches, sore throat, nasal congestion, headaches, any pneumonia-like symptoms (sweating, chills, shortness of breath), loss of taste or smell. 

• If you have been exposed to someone with active COVID please self-quarantine 

• I will do the same

• My treatment table and the room is cleaned and disinfected after each use.

• Call me from your car prior to coming upstairs to make sure the previous client is gone and the treatment room has been cleaned.  ​

• Zoom sessions are available ​

• Ask permission for additional people accompanying you to your appointment.​

• Proper face mask use is required.
